Is Sellect free for sellers?
Yes. The estimate, the report and our help choosing an agent are free. If you sell, you pay your agent's fee, capped at 4% + VAT and set in your mandate.
How does Sellect make money?
Partner agents pay Sellect when they receive and convert qualified sellers. You never pay Sellect.
How do you choose the agents?
On their results in your suburb: sales over the last 24 months, time to sell, price achieved against the asking price, and seller reviews. Agents are ranked on results, never on payment, and each one commits in writing to the Sellect Standard.
Am I committed to anything?
No. The estimate carries no obligation, and you are free to meet the agents and say no. A mandate only exists if you choose an agent, and it is signed between you and that agent.
Can I change agent?
Yes. If an agent doesn't meet the standard, we step in, and you can change agent, in line with the terms of your mandate.
Who sees my data?
